The Opportunity:  this is a key relational position developing and implementing marketing strategies for the firm and its divisions.

Summary of Key Qualifications
  • B.A. or MBA in Marketing preferably in technical services or B.S in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years' experience in Petroleum Industry.
  • Understanding of Industrial Construction with an emphasis on Petrochemical Industry.
  • Project Management experience and time management skills required.
  • Strong analytical, computer, oral, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong team collaboration and leadership skills while comfortably interacting with all levels of management and staff.
  • Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with many priorities deadlines.
  • Able to establish and maintain positive Client and prospective Client relationships.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50% to support BD efforts throughout Western US.
  • Motivated and action oriented and able to prioritize to meet shifting goals.
  • Able to work independently while prioritizing assignment.
  • Requires very little to no supervision with Integrity and Confidentiality.
  • Integrates with other company Managers and shares strategy and implementation activities.
  • Consultancy experience and sales/marketing history in Petrochemicals preferred.
 Summary of Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Marketing Team of two and Business Development Team of four.
  • Develop marketing strategy, potential leads and relationships in the Petrochemical Industry.
  • Interact directly with prospects and Clients in person, phone, email and video conference.
  • Coordinate opportunities with Marketing for proposal development and write own proposals. 
  • This individual will lead the marketing team, develop the marketing plans, vision and strategy and have an active leadership in advertising and promotional planning
  • Liaise with program, project, resource, and branch office managers for project success.
  • Support Client relationships as sponsor for key Clients.
  • Develop competitor and market analysis, while maintaining and track BD budget.
  • Maintain, develop, and champion organizational culture, values and reputation with co-owners, staff, customers, suppliers and alliance partners.
  • Become a trusted resource, conducting business with quiet confidence with Owners and Company Team Members.
