The Opportunity:  this is a key technical and relational position discovering and developing new engaging projects in oil production facilities, gas plants, pipelines and refineries throughout the Western US while working with a Company with exceptional team culture and technical depth and Client Management.  This position is based in Billings, MT.

  • Work closely with the Mtn/Mid-West leadership team to provide solutions to our client's problems
  • Take a sales leadership role in moving opportunities to closure with the operations team
  • Grow existing and develop new customer relationships
  • Generate project/business opportunities to meet company's business plans and growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal practice leaders and project managers to prepare and implement the company's marketing and business plans
  • Use company CRM to track and manage client opportunities, markets and customer communication
  • Promote the company’s offerings at regional events, trade shows and conferences
  • Give formal presentations and coordinate Lunch & Learns to clients
  • Build trust among clients and employees to deliver superior client service and technical solutions
  • Taking Ownership and Leadership for account base, while reporting to corporate on the status
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in technical/engineering/construction services including experience in upstream, midstream and downstream facilities
  • Must be willing and able to travel as needed, up to 60%, within the Mtn/Mid-West region
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust with colleagues and customers
  • High degree of self-confidence, passion, initiative, and commitment to customer service    
  • Bachelors of Science degree is preferred but experience and success is valued and may be considered in lieu of education
  • Previous account management and CRM experience
